When I order carryout I have absolutely no problems, when its for delivery each time it takes longer than the time given when the order is placed online. Last week my order took about 2 hours to be delivered. I don't understand why or how if they are literally down the road from my house. I may have just saved my money and cooked something myself waiting around for that long. SMH Update I ordered for delivery yesterday 11/25. I ordered: (1) Stuffed crust pepperoni pizza, (2) orders of 8pc wings with (2) ranches, cheese sticks, brownie, and a drink. The delivery driver shows up with everything except the (2) wing orders and the (2) ranches and left. We tried yelling for him to come back, but he didn't hear us. So I called the store, I called about 8 times, and not 1 time did anyone answer. VERY FRUSTRATING! So now I have to drive to the store to go get my wings. When I get there, the person said that the driver just got sent back to my house with the wings. I called my husband to confirm, and he said only (1) was dropped off, well good thing I was already there, so I got the missing wings and went back home and finally ate. I WOULD GIVE 0 STARS IF I COULD!! PLEASE WORK ON YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR COMMUNICATION METHODS! PAY ATTENTION TO ORDERS AND MAKE SURE YOU HAVE EVERYTHING BEFORE YOU LEAVE TO DELIVER!
