  My husband and I have been going here for over a year or more. We like/prefer a relaxed, cozy atmosphere over cold/modern/industrial feel any day. When we first went, it was because of the staff. Amazing folks, welcoming, almost family type atmosphere. As time went by, people make choices in their lives to better themselves and move on. I can sincerely say that the staff is meticulously hand picked for their personable qualities and attention to service and detail, not matched in a lot of places. Each one is professional and eager to bring personality and attentiveness and sheer joy to converse with. Kevin brought the heart and soul through his acting and performances. He lit up the room and made us want to return. The bartenders served up the precise, creative cocktails that kept us quenched and wanting to try others. It has been such a gem to venturing to in Southlake. Things change. While Will does an amazing job, I’d still like to see Kevin “come home”. He made it a place very different from anything else. He was the heart and soul of Volstead. He was the reason we returned and spent not only a lot of $ there, but looked forward to returning again and again.

  One of our go to date night spots! The bartenders are so friendly and always ask your name. We love the chicken parm, salmon and especially the popcorn chicken appetizer here. We were watching a rangers game on our phone, the manager noticed and offered to put it on the big screens. Attention to detail is 10/10. Highly recommend!

  Amazing atmosphere! Such a well-designed and uniquely crafted experience. The food was delicious, the drinks were unique and perfectly balanced flavors. Our server, Sofia, was very attentive and helpful. Will definitely go back!
