During multiple visits, I have consistently experienced hostile and discriminatory behavior from staff. Customers are not greeted properly, and staff members frequently attempt to dictate what customers can or cannot order. I also noticed they have SEVERAL of negative reviews about customers being unsatisfied with their orders so i know it isn’t just me, one thing this staff do is fail to take accountability, wanna get upset & blame everything on the customers when all we ask for is decent service & fresh food. Y’all have the easiest laid back jobs ever & still can’t get stuff done right. The treatment appears to be racially biased, as I have observed that the staff engages more positively with customers of certain racial backgrounds. The overall environment is unwelcoming, and serious improvements in staff training and accountability are needed.
