The employees actually look happy to be there , last Sunday I believe her name was Vanessa she’s always so helpful and friendly. She took the time to adjust my clip deals no problem. Store is clean and organized and they just opened a beautiful gas station too how convenient !

Or they say they’re not in the store, but they just don’t feel like looking. The only reason I’m giving them a one star is because there are probably two nice people that work here. I went in the store this evening and a store staff member looks at me and says “wow you look really tired” … who says that to someone? I have found that most Southlake stores have the worst customer service.
