Or they say they’re not in the store, but they just don’t feel like looking. The only reason I’m giving them a one star is because there are probably two nice people that work here. I went in the store this evening and a store staff member looks at me and says “wow you look really tired” … who says that to someone? I have found that most Southlake stores have the worst customer service.
