    Order took way too long to come out not during a lunch or dinner rush either. Employees did not acknowledge our existence when handing drinks.

    Awful experience every time I've come here, they are always out of the special items. The food takes forever, even if I'm the only person in line the food takes forever and is never good. I'm sure that aren't paid anywhere near enough but it is also dirty inside.

    I told myself a year ago, I’d never come again. I just left after being ignored at the counter. Last time, I started off third in the drive through. After 25 minutes of waiting and moving one car, I had to literally get out of my car and ask the car in front of me to kindly move so I could get to an appointment. I looked in the window and the workers were standing in a circle chatting, not working at all. Note my daughter just called asking what is taking so long and has to leave for work and now doesn’t have dinner. I’m sure she will figure it out, but I will never be back. After 10 times of the same treatment in the last few years, I finally learned my lesson.
