This is the Sonic my family and I go to regularly since it’s right down the road from where we live. It’s super convenient, and we honestly rarely have any issues.
I specifically wanted to leave a review for one employee who always stands out. Every time we come through, she is incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely sweet. She always has a smile on her face and makes the experience better just by her attitude.
According to my ticket, her name is Molly. I believe she had a little blue in her hair today and the cutest Cowboys-themed nails. Employees like her make a difference, and I just wanted to make sure she gets recognized.

I only stop in for the frozen lemonade. Sorry, but i am not a fan of your food. Always disappointed when I give in to a snack. Excellent frozen lemonade tho

Check your order before you leave! This Sonic needs better quality control procedures, training and management. Missed a complete order as well as condiments for a appetizer. It took me three consecutive phone calls to reach someone that clearly doesn't understand customer service and value of having a repeat customer. If this can help my check number was 82 in Southlake location.
