  Excellent experience yesterday at Delucca Southlake. It was my first time dining here and everything was amazing: the service, the caipirinhas, and especially my favorite pizzas, Nutella and Four Cheese. The atmosphere was great and the manager was very attentive with my family. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

  Had reservations but still waited 25 minutes, no big deal it’s a Friday night. Waited for drinks the entire night. Was about 10-15 minute intervals between pizzas coming by. Was in the restaurant about an hour and a half and waiting on pizzas eventually we gave up and just got our check and left. Food was good and our server was nice the few times we saw them.

  To be clear this review is for this specific restaurant and not the other locations. At this location there seems to be some manager imposed rule to stop serving parties after a set amount of time or pizzas. Our party was completely ignored after about 40 minutes. We went about 20 minutes without a pizza offering and even when dessert came by they did about two rounds. This has never happened at the other Deluccas. Is this a buffet or not?

  My husband and I had lunch here for the first time since they changes their menu options. We love that you can now choose just the salad and pizza; salad, pizza, and lobster bisque or Wagyu meatballs; OR all of it; and the pricing reflects the different options instead of paying the same price regardless. Also, the staff are friendly and efficient, the pizza is delicious (love the thin crust and the variety of flavors), and our waiter (Ben) kept our water replenished without our having to ask. Plus, the general manager, Chloe came to our table and took the time to sit and talk with us. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and would recommend Delucca Gaucho in Southlake to anyone who likes pizza!

  We came to Delucca Southlake on Valentine’s Day without a reservation! 🫣 When we arrived there was a giant group standing at the door, and when we finally reached the hostess at the reception desk she told us it would be a 2.5 hour wait. We had a pleasant conversation, and she was honest when I asked about the odds of wait being any shorter. We decided to wait and see if we could get in any sooner and to our surprise the hostess showed us to our table within 10 minutes! Talk about INCREDIBLE service! Our waiter, Seth, was amazing too! He was kind, easygoing and attentive to our every need. He worked hard, and even with multiple tables he showed a great amount of care for every guest. Once we were seated we had pizza on our plate almost immediately, and we were able to try every pizza we wanted in a quick and orderly fashion. At the same time there never felt like a rush for us to leave! We have loved going to Delucca for years, and we always can expect a great meal! If you’re wondering about trying this place: 1. Why haven’t you tried it yet?! 2. You will not be disappointed!
