I visited Delucca Gaucho Pizza and Wine in Southlake on 10/15/2025 at 8 pm and the experience did not come close to the level of service I have always received at the South Fort Worth and Dallas locations. I went with my siblings and the timing, attention, and overall service were disappointing from the start. Our waiter and the other waiters were not attentive and we often had to wait longer than we should have for simple service. We also did not receive enough pizza slices for the price or for the standard this business has set in other locations. The service felt slow and disconnected and it did not match the expectations I had for a restaurant in an area known for high standards. I would not return to this location based on this experience. I strongly recommend the Delucca in South Fort Worth and the one in Dallas because they have always delivered great food and excellent service. I hope management and staff take this feedback seriously because Delucca is capable of much better than what we experienced in Southlake.

I've been eager to try this restaurant for quite some time, and tonight was my first visit. We arrived around 5:20 PM. We waited at the front to be seated, but no one acknowledged us. A staff member was only a few feet away, preoccupied with folding numerous pizza boxes, and offered no greeting. After standing there awkwardly for a while, a representative from Andrew's distribution walked in and stood beside us. Almost instantly, two employees approached him, completely bypassing us without a single word of welcome. They quickly ushered him into the bar area, and we decided to leave.

I really enjoyed this unique pizza experience. This restaurant is a pizza version of a Brazilian steak house where they bring to your table all you can eat specialty pizzas. I also heard the term "adult cici's" from a few people - I'd say that true for the variety aspect, but the quality is better. I tried and ranked all of the pizzas that came around while we were there. Here is my analysis from most to least favorite. I would eat all of them again, though maybe not all in one sitting again. 1. Hot sopressata 2. Margherita 3. Mexican Elote 4. Turkish Lamb 5. Garlic Picanha - Brazilian steak 6. Chicken tikka masala 7. Vodka sauce + mushroom 8. Prosciutto and pear 9. Bbq Sausage 10. Spinach artichoke (got a cold piece or this one might be higher) 11. Butternut squash goat cheese Desert 1. Nutella 2. Guava Marmalade 3. Banana flambe (similarly, got a cold piece or this one could have been higher) Dulce de leche - never came

I am not usually one to leave reviews, and normally we have a great experience here. We have visited this location and the Alliance location on numerous occasions. However tonight was a horrid experience. The one bright spot I would say was our waiter Tanner. I believe he was newer, however he went out of his way to try and make it better. He even went back to the kitchen to help make pizzas at one point. Several of the waiters/waitresses were absolute terrible and extremely unfriendly, unprofessional, and rude. One of the waitresses even rolled her eyes and sighed when we didn’t want one of the options but had complained about the lack of options. Normally pizzas are continuously coming out of different varieties. Tonight we sat there for over an hour while only being offered 2 varieties of pizza which were tiki masala and butternut squash. This was by far the worst experience we’ve ever had here. Eventually more pizzas started to come out after 90 minutes but this was far too long and we were over the $25 per person before drinks we had waisted on this experience.

They deliver an exceptional dining experience from start to finish. The concept alone sets it apart: endless, wood-fired pizzas served with the same care and flair you'd expect from a fine steakhouse. Every slice feels intentional, perfectly balanced, and bursting with flavor. The staff is warm, attentive, and genuinely invested in making sure you enjoy your meal. Service moves smoothly, and the atmosphere strikes that perfect balance between lively and comfortable. Whether you're here for a casual night out, a date, or a group celebration, it just works. From the first bite of savory pizza to the final, decadent dessert slice, Delucca never misses. It's one of those rare spots that turns something as familiar as pizza into an experience worth dressing up for. Absolutely a must-visit.
