  We had an excellent experience at the Southlake location of Delucca Gaucho. We celebrated my son’s 18th birthday in the VIP room and felt the VIP treatment from our fantastic server Seth. The food was wonderful and the Wagyu meatballs and lobster bisque were well worth the upgrade!

  We haven’t been in years and recently came back with a group of friends and our 3yr olds. I really liked that they changed to a 3/4/or 5 course meal option. Most importantly, our server, Michael was the absolute best. We had just gotten home from a Disney world trip and it felt like the magic had followed us home. He was so great with the kids and went waaay above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience and everyone was happy.

  We have been to multiple locations, and we just left the Southlake location. This was by far the best service we have ever had. Every server was extremely friendly and polite. Our main server was very attentive to make sure we had water at all times, kept checking what flavors we wanted. And just made sure we were completely taken care of. So appreciative of the staff here to make it a great dinner. Thank you! Also as always the food was delicious!

  I was greeted immediately upon entry. Rae had great customer service and was also our bartender. We sat at the bar area. The bar area is small compared to their other locations. We only came for happy hour which is from 4:30-6p. On this visit I can’t speak on the pizza. I started with the Raspberry lemon drop which was really good! Rae filled it up to the rim. We also shared Wagyu beef empanadas and Spinach & artichoke dip. The appetizers were okay, the spinach dip wasn't what I thought it would be. It was heavy on the spinach, with very little cheese. I could hardly taste the artichoke. The drinks were good but the appetizers didn’t catch my attention. The happy hour prices are reasonable, which makes it for a great night out with friends or just coming right after work. The HH drinks and bar service would bring me back.

  I want to start off by saying I am no way shape or form complaining about how busy it was. We understand being low staffed or extremely busy and we know how to be patient. HOWEVER. we had a reservation at 7 for 5 people. We get sat at 7:30 at a 4 person table with a seat at the end of the table that had no leg room. We asked if we could be moved and the manager came to us with NO SOLUTION AND NO EMPATHY. (Made us all extremely uncomfortable.) our waiter took a while to greet us and a while to bring out our salad and meatballs. None of the pizzas were being passed to our side of the restaurant and we were becoming impatient. Arianna noticed we were upset, maybe she didn’t but she did notice that none of us were eating pizza and kept checking in on us throughout the evening. She was lovely, helpful and extremely attentive. She asked us what we wanted and she literally changed our night for the better. If it weren’t for her I would have decided right then and there that I would never be going back to the Southlake location. I know a table of 5 may not be much for an establishment like that but the way we were treated at first was unacceptable. Arianna saved the night and made the mood of the table completely change. So for that I say thank you! Thank you so much. We had a lovely time and it was all thanks for her!
