We waited for pizza and I had to get the server to come over to acknowledge that there were tables that were essentially being overlooked. By the time they brought over a slice we decided to call it. The salad was good and the bisque (which you drink in a cup) was okay. Chole the GM did take care of the bill and asked for us to come back. The pizza was fresh, but a bit greasy by the time they brought a slice over, which was as we were heading out the door.
If you are going to do table side service, get more staff. Two ladies walking around giving out slices isn't the experience that will leave favorable impressions with patrons.

I want to start off by saying I am no way shape or form complaining about how busy it was. We understand being low staffed or extremely busy and we know how to be patient.
HOWEVER. we had a reservation at 7 for 5 people. We get sat at 7:30 at a 4 person table with a seat at the end of the table that had no leg room. We asked if we could be moved and the manager came to us with NO SOLUTION AND NO EMPATHY. (Made us all extremely uncomfortable.) our waiter took a while to greet us and a while to bring out our salad and meatballs. None of the pizzas were being passed to our side of the restaurant and we were becoming impatient.
Arianna noticed we were upset, maybe she didn’t but she did notice that none of us were eating pizza and kept checking in on us throughout the evening. She was lovely, helpful and extremely attentive. She asked us what we wanted and she literally changed our night for the better. If it weren’t for her I would have decided right then and there that I would never be going back to the Southlake location.
I know a table of 5 may not be much for an establishment like that but the way we were treated at first was unacceptable. Arianna saved the night and made the mood of the table completely change. So for that I say thank you! Thank you so much. We had a lovely time and it was all thanks for her!

I went for the first time today with a small group of 5. We had reservations and were accommodated easily. My group was rather impressed by the continuous meal flow. One such member exclaimed “This is the best pizza I’ve had in my whole life!” Now that’s a big deal, she’s achieved a lifetime of memories of takeout pizza at 4 years old. Another exclaimed that the chocolate coconut pizza was “the best thing in the world!” I tried it and wow was she right!
Overall: great AYCE pizza! Go! Take your kids!

I have been to deluccas in Southlake multiple times and was excited to have dinner for nye but was very disappointed by my experience. I made a reservation multiple days in advance and called to confirm with the host, but when my full party arrived before the reservation time, the host was not able to accommodate us for over 40 minutes. Upon asking, the host randomly said they had over 300 guests instead of trying to find a solution. Of course I understand holidays are a very busy time for restaurants but that is why we confirmed with the restaurant that everything was good prior! We had arranged plans after dinner so this was frustrating as we had made sure are fill party was on time and the reservation was confirmed, and it seemed like they overbooked the amount of customers instead of prioritizing reservations, leaving us a rushed and bad experience. Also, when we got there, multiple items were out and we received no desert pizzas or appetizers besides for the arugula, while still having to pay the full cost. Overall very disappointed at this experience and would not recommend for large parties!

Racism Alert
Our experience at this location began on a deeply disappointing and uncomfortable note. We arrived slightly earlier than our scheduled time and were placed on a waitlist with an estimated 15-minute wait. While several tables were visibly empty, we ourselves understood that two tables near the entrance were exposed to cold air, so we waited patiently without complaint.
After 45 minutes, we still had not been seated, even as other parties who arrived after us were seated ahead of us. When we finally checked with the waitstaff, we were suddenly offered the same front tables that had been sitting empty the entire time. This made the prolonged wait unjustifiable. If those tables were acceptable at that point, there was no reasonable explanation for why we were made to wait nearly an hour.
When we declined those tables and requested seating inside, we were made to wait even longer. The pattern felt clear and troubling. As people of color, we felt we were treated differently, while white patrons appeared to receive quicker seating and more courteous service.
Although the food and service after being seated were good, the initial experience left a lasting negative impression and made us feel unwelcome.
