I’ve been a Landry’s Select Club member for 14 years and dine at Del Frisco’s Grille regularly. I ordered my usual steak medium. The first came out overcooked, the replacement undercooked. I ate it to avoid a third attempt.
The bigger issue was the attitude—there was an implication that I ordered incorrectly rather than the kitchen missing the mark. Inconsistency happens; dismissive service shouldn’t, especially at this price point.

awful experience, do not order to go.
I spent over $100 and tipped very well.
this is my first time ordering to go, but i have eaten at this location many times and can tell you this is not the size the $14 cheesecake usually is, nor is it how the cheesecake is portrayed online. my salad came soggy because they did not put the dressing on the side, as requested. the manager, Heather, did not work with me at all on this, and is not holding up the name of the del frisco brand. this is not my first inconvenience with this manager over the last year.
i will not be ordering to go from here ever again & will likely refrain from dining here in general after this.

Son and I had Christmas Day lunch. I called a few days before to confirm they would have their FULL menu available. I was told by a very nice young lady, they would. When we sat down, we were given a shortened, pre-curated menu. I was very disappointed as I wanted to try a few different dishes. I ordered the 22oz Bone-in Ribeye and my son ordered the Prime NY Strip. Both were lacking flavor and on the dry side. Very disappointing considering the price. Surprisingly, the best tasting dish was the Creamed Spinach. Service was just mediocre, as they were extremely busy and totally over-booked.

If you are an elderly person with any type of disability or any ahed person with a disability this is definitely not the place for you to go. Me and my dad ate here for Xmas dinner and they said the second floor I said he cant walk the stairs he is disabled she said we have elevator, I said ok that's great once seated the waiter was good and the food was out of this world. It took a little longer than expected but the manager came right over and bought us dessert for being late which was very nice of him. When we got up to leave and head to the elevator it is broke down!! I walk up to manager and ask him what are we to do he can not walk down 20 flights of stairs his left leg does not move, his answer was I apologize for the inconvenience and I have called the city already to come help with the situation and since its a holiday I cant tell you anything else and walked away. That my friend isn't the way to handle a disabled elderly customer. He could have offered my dad a chair for one, or offered to help him down the stairs with a few more men and then comp our meal for the inconvenience or something besides walking away from us. But he chose not to deal with the situation so my friend put my dads arm around his shoulder and walked him down as I walked down backwards and pulled his left leg forward one step at a time as we got to the bottom of the stairs not one manager was there to see if my dad was ok or to walk us out or nothing nobody gave a damn after the bill was paid so we got my dads walker and he couldn't even walk he had to sit in it as I pushed him all the way to the car and out him in the car. So very unprofessional and uncaring for the elderly and disabled people you people should be ashamed of yourselves we will never be back to another place ran by this organization again!!!!
