Told me to wait 5 min while it’s made. I wait. After 7-8 minutes they ask the manager who was supposedly making it and she hadn’t even started. She then said it would take 10 minutes and acted like it was really going to put her out to do her job. It’s always something with this location.

They messed up the order leading up to mine , did not care about it , charged the woman with Their Mistake and after my time to check out arrived the cashier tells me to go ahead and pay and PAID FOR THE WOMAN IN FRONT OF ME BALANCE . And it was not an easy fix and THE attitude . I will share with all my friends . Oh, the food was not great either

I had exhausted all of my resources with their help chat, the phone numbers, and their site kept crashing and when I called to ask for a manager to help cancel the order, she gave me their employee help number that required a store number and employee ID. What am I supposed to do with that? It’s a shame Chipotle cannot provide sufficient resources to their employees and reliable help for customers to help with issues.

That is way too much for chipotle and they gave us barely any food. One of the workers was picking her nose while serving me. And the manager dropped an F bomb very unprofessional.
