  I came in to order and there were two registers open, one was occupied and one wasn’t. I asked if I order with her or wait for the other people to be done. She hesitated for a while and i said I wouldn’t mind waiting either way but she did help me. She seemed inconvenienced or annoyed. I’m new to the area and haven’t been to this location before. Maybe they have a different system set up but there’s no signage stating as such. The whole environment felt just unwelcoming and tense. I love Einstein bagels just maybe not this location.

  The gang that works weekday mornings is really amazing. They learn folk’s names and move around with a smile and a skip in their step. Stop buy for a bagel leave with a little extra hope.

  I ordered a specific sandwich through the Einstein Bros website. When I picked it up, no one told me they were out of the bread I ordered. I only found out after opening the sandwich and seeing it was made on a bread I don’t like. I called to ask for a refund or a remake, and they said they could remake it. I told them exactly which bread I wanted this time. They gave me a complimentary smoothie, which I appreciated—until I opened the remade sandwich and found a hair in it. For context: I have tight, curly hair. The hair in my sandwich was straight/wavy, so it clearly wasn’t mine. At that point, I was done. Between not communicating substitutions and a basic sanitation issue, it’s clear quality control is not a priority here. You can keep the $15.   I love the toasted blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese. Plus the staff is A +. Love this place !

  Customer service at its worst . Makes you question why you were there in the first place .
