  Ryan was our server and was the best yet! He and the others have set the bar high in Ft Worth for EXCELLENT customer service! Findlay is new to the place but he acted like a pro! Go ahead and get the 5 course meal that way you don’t walk out saying Dang it I don’t get to try……. By far the best pizza I have ever had

  We celebrated my son’s 13th birthday at Delucca Pizza in Southlake, and overall it was a really enjoyable experience. The concept is fantastic — the continuous tableside pizza service keeps things lively and fun, especially for a celebration. The staff, for the most part, were attentive and kept things moving smoothly. That said, a few servers could have been more engaged — some didn’t really make eye contact while serving, which took away slightly from the experience. A big shoutout to the standout team members — Alex, Arleth, and Anslin — who were absolutely amazing. They were warm, smiling, and genuinely attentive, making sure we were well taken care of throughout. Coming to the food — the pizza flavors were solid across the board, and the bisque was rich and flavorful. The real standouts for us were the Thai Chicken, Chicken Tikka, and the Mushroom pizzas — all packed with great taste. The meatballs were also perfectly spiced and definitely worth trying. Overall, a great place for celebrations with a unique concept, good food, and some great staff. A 'may come again' place.

  I have really been wanting to try this place for a while now and today appeared to be the day that it was going to happen but unfortunately the staff was so unfriendly and incompetent that we walked out after trying to be seated twice for our reservation. Serious let down. We had a reservation for 5 (2 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby in a high chair) and showed up on time. Even after requesting a high chair in the reservation it appeared to be a mind blowing request when we checked in. We were seated at a small table in an extremely tight aisle with the high chair in the aisle. There was barely enough room to get down the aisle to begin with, let alone with a high chair. Serious safety risk and an accident waiting to happen. There were plenty of more appropriate tables open but the staff seemed disinterested in my concerns or suggestions. The staff proceeded to seat us in the same tight aisle but 4 tables down, duplicating the same issue. A server even had to squeeze past the empty high chair and the staff's suggestion was to just push the high chair in or under the table more, crushing my kid into the table and waiting for him to flip backwards. To add to it, the table was so wobbly and tightly squeezed between other guests that my 5 and 6 year old kids could barely get in their seats without knocking all the glasses over. We ended up leaving and no one even appeared to care, just stared at us with the same incompetent stare we were greeted with. So yeah, big disappointment and I didn't even get to try the food. Avoid at all costs if you have kids, unless you want people knocking into your high chair or juggling heavy trays over your baby's head. Not a family establishment.

  I had a great experience at Delucca in Southlake. The atmosphere was welcoming, the service was excellent, and everything ran smoothly. You can really tell the team cares about making sure guests have a good time. Definitely a place I’d come back to.
