- EGEnj GApr 6, 20265.0I had a really great experience at this Chick-fil-A on April 6 around 1:40 PM and wanted to recognize Anthony. I went through the drive-thru and he was the one who greeted me and handed me my food. He welcomed me with a genuine smile, introduced himself, and made the interaction feel personal. He read my order back to me to make sure everything was correct, which I appreciated, and before I drove off he told me to have a great day and it felt sincere. You can tell he carries himself like a leader by the way he represents the brand. I’ve been to plenty of fast food restaurants and the service is not always like this. If it’s not like Anthony’s, I don’t want it. Experiences like this are why I’ll keep coming back. I hope he gets recognized for the job he’s doing.

I should have learned my lesson by now to not go on my way to work but today just reassured I will not be back. The line always backs up, but today, I'm stuck behind cars even though I already had my order, I could not pull out. Then after all the cars in front of me received their orders and were pulling up, the car/customer in front of me stops at the window and places a NEW order. Now I'm stuck once again. Simply could have been avoided by asking the customer to pull around, get back in line or park to the side. Instead we all had to sit in wait. Common sense? manners? Not in Southlake.
