  BRIO Italian Grille is one of those spots that immediately fits the aesthetic of Southlake Town Square. Even though I haven’t had the chance to dine there yet, every time we walk by, it stands out. The ambiance feels elevated but still relaxed, with a warm, Tuscan-inspired vibe that draws you in. The outdoor patio especially catches your attention—there’s always a great energy, and it genuinely looks like people are enjoying their meals and the overall experience. It complements the feel of the Town Square perfectly, and it’s definitely on our list to try soon.

  Had an early dinner with my daughter and her friend. We had the spinach dip appetizer and I had the pasta with clams. Each of them had pasta with butter. I was charged 17.99 each for about 4 ounces of pasta. They charged me spaghetti pomodoro for their dish. I asked the server why i was charged for a full dish when only ordered butter pasta. She said they that’s what they are supposed to charge. For all the years we’ve been going to Brio, I’ve never been charged such an outrageous price for just plain pasta. Over priced and I left feeling very disappointed and I felt the server wasn’t helpful when I expressed my concerns. Food is not worth the money and you get so little.

  Brio was really good—great food, great atmosphere, and an all-around awesome experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Azul made it even better with her amazing service. She was super friendly, attentive, and kept us laughing the whole time. Definitely one of the best dining experiences I’ve had. Thanks, Azul!

  Azul was absolutely amazing! From the moment we sat down, she brought such a fun and positive energy to our experience. Not only was she incredibly attentive and on top of everything, but she also had us laughing the whole time with her great sense of humor. The service was truly stellar—everything came out perfectly and right on time, and she made sure we had everything we needed without us ever having to ask. Azul really went above and beyond, and she made our night so much better. We’ll definitely be back and hoping to sit in her section again!

  Absolutely amazing experience! The hospitality was top-notch from start to finish, making us feel welcomed and valued. The food was delicious, full of flavor, and clearly made with care. On top of that, the atmosphere was perfect—clean, inviting, and just the right vibe for a great time. Definitely a place I’ll be coming back to and recommending to others!
