  The night crew tonight had a GREAT sense of humor. 10/10 would give a raise to. Schedule them more. Great customer service.

  We came through drive thru this morning. I ordered two #7’s, one with a large Coke and one with a large Diet Coke. This is the two breakfast burrito meals. The lady taking our order said that it doesn’t come as a meal. I looked again at the menu and I could clearly see that it was listed as a #7 on the extra value meal section. I pointed that out and she added a Dr Pepper to our order. Then a man came over the speaker and said if we wanted one burrito it can’t be ordered as a meal. I explained I didn’t ask for one burrito, I would like two #7’s, the two burrito meal. One with a large Coke and one with a large Diet Coke. He asked if I still wanted the Dr Pepper and I told him I never asked for a Dr Pepper. He made the order correctly on the screen, gave us our total and told us to drive to the first window. I paid at the first window and preceded to the second window. When I arrived at the second window they asked if we had the McMuffin meal. I said no we have the two #7’s. I was told to drive forward and wait and someone will bring them out. We waited for another 10 minutes and I finally went inside to inquire about our meal. No one could find it and no one was able to ask for it to be remade. I finally asked for a manager. She came and quickly asked the kitchen to remake. I said we are tired of waiting. We had started pulled into McDonald 30 minutes ago and I just wanted my card refunded, which she did without issue.
