  I was very disappointed with my experience at this Tropical Smoothie Café location. I came through the drive-thru to order two açaí bowls, which should have been a simple order, but the service was extremely slow. We waited about 10 minutes before even paying and another 10 minutes after that before receiving our food. When we finally got our bowls, the quality was just not there. They were completely drenched in honey — not a drizzle, but to the point where that’s all you could taste. There was barely any açaí at the bottom, and instead of actual granola, they chopped up Nature Valley granola bars and used that as a topping. That is not the same as granola, and it made the texture hard and unpleasant. For $22 total, this was absolutely not worth it. The portion was small, the flavor was off, and the overall quality was disappointing. I’ve had açaí bowls from other places (like Berry Divine) for the same price, and the difference in freshness, texture, and presentation is huge. Definitely won’t be coming back to this location.

  Today's service was awful. I went on this morning I placed an online order. Arrived, they were busy. Guy finally approached me. I told him my name. He says couldn't make your two acai Berry boost. Out of acai Berry would you like a refund. I said can I not order something else? He said you are being rude. I told him I wasn't being rude just asking a question about my drinks. He said sure. So I did Both drinks were awful. I sound have ask for a whole refund of my order, he could have kept the food. Didn't even put all ingredients in drink, watered down. And I go there frequently. Twice last week. Shame on you. Go fund a jib you like.

  if no stars was an option i’d select that.waited super long time to get 2 smoothies for 16$ that tasted like blended water. DEFINITELY don’t recommend

  We visited SPI on Sunday 12/28/25 3:55pm and took family visiting from out of the country. I had stopped here once before and recommended this place for the best smoothies! Everyone was so excited to try it out. Upon entering we were approached by a worker and he said he was sorry as they were not taking any orders because they were out of everything and that they were way behind on their pending orders Note that there were about 5 people there and they were already eating. So I told the gentleman that we were only going to order smoothies. He said “Like I said we are not taking orders at this time because we are out of everything”. I was shocked, it was Sunday, the island was very slow and the handful of people there were already served. How are they behind on existing orders. He said sorry. I was embarrassed to translate to my family that they were not taking orders. I told the worker “well it’s your loss” he said sorry. The experience left a bad taste in my mouth and doubt I’ll be back. Of all the options we had we choose this place and felt let down.

  I went on Dec 24 around noon and there were about 13 people waiting inside for their orders plus the ones on the drive thru and only two employees. The poor guys couldn’t keep up with the order overflow, which made the wait for a smoothie more than 20 minutes. I went again on Dec 27 again around non and it was closed, when it was suppose to be open. It looks that the place has very poor management. The food could use improvement as well. Will not ever go again.
