  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway. Nora was extremely rude and had a bad attitude throughout the interaction. She treated other customers politely, but with us her behavior was completely different, which felt unfair and disrespectful. It even seemed like she influenced the other staff member to not treat us well either. We let her know that her behavior felt offensive and inappropriate, but there was no improvement. Overall, very disappointing experience. I would rate this visit 1/5 and hope the staff improves their attitude and professionalism in the future.

  During my visit to this Subway location, I had an unpleasant interaction with an employee named Nora. She spoke to me in a rude and dismissive manner while I was ordering, which made the experience uncomfortable. I understand that working in food service can be stressful, but customers should still be treated with basic respect. Unfortunately, this interaction negatively affected my visit. I hope management can address this so future customers have a better experience.

  I had a very unpleasant experience at this Subway due to the rude behavior of one employee. Instead of being polite or helpful, the employee spoke in a disrespectful tone, seemed irritated by basic requests, and rushed through the order as if my presence was an inconvenience. After the first sandwich, she completely ignored my instructions and continued making the sandwich her own way, despite me trying to correct her. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this experience was disappointing. I hope management addresses this, because behavior like this reflects poorly on the entire store.

  We been there with my whole family 6 people and we ordered with a lady name with nora.. and we feel like she has very very very extremely bad attitude .. and when i was trying to explain mam you seems soo rude be kind with your guest …. And then she just answered me i dont care… sooo manager and subway need to point out this issue for your business and customer service.. it will impact on your business as well in future because there is lots of comments like me in ur google reviews.. please do something on it and this is the worst customer service ever I received.. or you may to send them in a training program again

  Very disappointing experience. The Subway assistant was extremely rude and unprofessional. There was no basic courtesy, and the attitude made me feel uncomfortable as a customer. Customer service is just as important as the food, and this behavior was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this and provides proper training.
