It looked like he wanted to throw the drink and food at me. And slammed the drive through window. Didn’t even say a single word. I understand if you’re having a bad day but that attitude was terrible. Not the first time it happened. This blond lady was so rude too almost snatching money off my hands this one time. And was saying some rude things to her coworker about me and this other car behind me. These people need manners respectfully.

I'm sure he's enjoying his free meal. Miguel (I'm assuming is the manager) asked how he could help. I told him, I'm waiting on my burger. Another cashier messed up and gave my order to someone else Miguel found the bag that belonged to the customer that took my food. I told Miguel, I'm in the customer service and I strive to go above and beyond to wow my clients. These two cashiers don't give a damn as long as they get paid. I will not recommend this McDonald's to my family nor friends. No greeting what so upon my arrival I strongly suggest more training in the customer service area.

They asked us to pull up to the front curb as we watched 3 cars behind us pass us up . I even tried calling them directly to find out if they forgot about us. No one ever answered the phone . Unbelievable wait time !
