  WE LOVE THIS PLACE been here for 5 years and the bartender Michelle has always been kind to us through thick and thin. The food is incredible and the vibe and service are the best you will get ! I highly recommend this place to anyone ! It feels like we are family when we come in all the time and no matter what they are always professional , kind, and respectful

  Overall the food was delicious, fresh, and worth the price! The restaurant gives bread, with an oil/balsamic vinegar dip, both were great, my husband and I loved the dip so much we dipped our pizza crust in there as well. We started with the fried mozzarella ($14) super good, crust stayed crunchy throughout the entire dinner, we ordered the “Roma Pizza” ($28) it was delicious, super hot and fresh flavors were phenomenal, and a different type of pizza than your average pizza. We added house salads for $2 each, which came already dressed in their Italian vinaigrette dressing which was delicious, great flavor and not over dressed. We ended with their cannoli dessert and it was delicious as well, not too sweet, however I will add this was my first time trying a cannoli so I had nothing to compare it to. I would definitely come back to try more pizzas! My unsweetened tea, was freshly brewed as well, I give 4 stars on Atmosphere because it was a little humid/muggy/warm in the dining area where we were. Waiter was attentive and kind. Our sub total was $71. Overall great experience, we would return.

  The food was alright at best, I would not bother eating any of the appetizers. The service was awful we were seated by an enormous group, which was screaming loud enough to blow your eardrums out. Would not recommend. They also continued to seat everyone as near as possible to this awful group despite other space available.

  Seeing all the five star reviews we really looked forward to going to this restaurant. They were very busy. We could not get seated but we decided "take out" would be great. We waited quite some time to get our food. When we got back to our place to eat it, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING was cooked. Everything was undercooked and I mean so bad that the pizza stuck to the box and the crust was no where near browned at all. Crust was mushy. Ravioli...the same.. Absolutely awful. We threw all of it away and that speaks VOLUME. If the kitchen can't keep up with the quantity of orders after having people wait so long then don't invite as many customers to eat. Close the doors. So sad to see 5 star reviews and definitely did not see 5 star quality at all.

  I was warned ahead of time that service had declined after the remodel and that prices had increased. Higher prices would not have been an issue if the food and service were still worth it. Unfortunately, the problems started immediately at the hostess stand. We were seated and then completely ignored. A server eventually asked if we had been helped, then walked away without even offering to take a drink order. We sat there for about twenty minutes while watching other tables get attention. When a newly seated table was about to be helped before us, I finally went back to the hostess to complain. Her excuse was that they were very busy, which made no sense since our section was nearly empty. After another fifteen minutes of watching multiple servers question what was going on, we asked to speak to a manager. Instead of the manager showing up, they sent over a waitress to apologize. That alone says a lot. The manager could not even be bothered to apologize in person. Our order was extremely simple. One solo cheese pizza, one solo pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms, and jalapeños, and one large cheese and shrimp. Somehow, that still got messed up. The pizza that was supposed to have pepperoni came out without it and instead had green onions. Apparently pepperoni and green onion are interchangeable now. When they took it back to fix it, they clearly just threw pepperoni on top, leaving the green onion we never asked for. Offering free dessert completely missed the point. This was not about compensation. It was about incompetence, poor communication, lack of accountability from management, and staff who clearly were not paying attention. Skip this place. You can find better service and better attention elsewhere. The food was mediocre at best. They may have remodeled the building, but the service, management, and quality have all gone downhill.
