After a long wait, a lady comes with my 2 frappes on hand… i thought yall were out of frappes? Are they steals money from customers? By ripping them off by switching to iced coffees and keeping the rest of the money from the frappes? What’s going on in there? Left the drive thru 40 mins later , late to work
