- LTLisa TruongApr 21, 20261.0I’ve had consistently poor experiences at Dairy Queen. Every time I visit, the service is extremely slow—even when there are little to no customers. I’m told “we’ll be right with you” in the drive-thru, but then end up waiting 15 minutes or more with no follow-up or acknowledgment. This level of service is frustrating and unacceptable. It reflects a lack of urgency and accountability from the staff. Management seriously needs to step up, improve training, and ensure customers are treated with basic respect and efficiency. Until there are noticeable improvements, I wouldn’t recommend this location.
