  Ordered through the mobile app 2 things of French fries. Got to curbside and waited over 50 minutes for food, never brought it out and ended up leaving with nothing at all and couldn’t get refund because it was over the app. Tried to call store they don’t even answer the phone. The last time I came just to take my kids to the play house and we got food they where losing people left and right because it was an HOUR wait! They weren’t even busy. An hour for food at a “fast food” restaurant is alittle ridiculous. But this location has consistently gone down hill.

  Waited in drive through for 45 minutes. No one spoke to us and then said be with you soon rudely. Waited for 20 more minutes with ZERO interaction with staff and then gave up and went to the next town. Ridiculous

  Waited in drive through for around 45 minutes to an hour. For a cold double cheese burger. But they gave me free fries for the wait so two stars. What could have taken that long?
