My pickup order was grabbed by someone else and the manager gave us the wonderful option of waiting 30-40 minutes for the food to come back and that we had to take the items that went who knows where when they arrived, and if the meal didnt come back THEN they would remake our order. Brenda made it clear to us that these sandwiches were a loss to the store and it was OUR problem as the customer. It took us requesting the number to corporate to have the order reluctantly remade. Worst service I have ever had. Thanks Brenda.
