I got here at 5:50 PM and I’ve been sitting here for 30 minutes waiting for my order. I would suggest here going to order things online. Do not do it at this subway. You’re better off coming in ordering to go. Or eat here. Otherwise their service is great when it comes to in person. I would rather go to Whataburger doing an online order or somewhere else.

The employees are genuinely kind and welcoming every single visit. I am not exaggerating when I say they are the most outstanding Subway team I have ever come into contact with. I will gladly drive from Bastrop to Smithville just to avoid the Bastrop Subways—this location is worth every extra mile. On top of that, the restaurant is spotless and super clean. I also love ordering their party trays because people absolutely love them. They are my go-to for gatherings and events—quick, easy, and always a crowd favorite. All I have to do is call the day before, and they have it ready right on time. Truly an above-and-beyond experience every time!
