  Ordered a cheeseburger with no mustard, no tomato (allergy), and no pickles. The first burger came out with tomato. They remade it, but the replacement had pickles. I sent it back and ended up leaving with a burger that had pickles and no cheese. Extremely disappointed that employees can’t follow very simple instructions—especially when an allergy is involved. This isn’t the first issue I’ve had here. Previously ordered six steak finger baskets for dinner and got home to find no gravy—which is the best part. It’s frustrating paying for food and not getting what you ordered. Probably won’t be back. Staff needs better training.

  Donald helped us. This dude is a hard worker and talented. I hope DQ corporate sees him and puts his talent to good use.

  I'm not sure what is going on in this town that this place is rated less than 4 stars. I'd never eaten at a DQ so I didnt know what to order, but the guy behind the counter was extremely patient and accommodating! Also...I'm the most critical person I know when it comes to food; my burger, fries, and chicken strips were EXCELLENT! I would never believe that it came from a chain. And this was all at 830PM on a Friday.

  Not too bad only complaint was no lids on blizzards Update as been a few years now and wow this place the last 6 months or so hasnt been on top by any means. Out of lots of things, orders wrong and then tonight I go for a burger and get the triple buster or whatever its called the meat is cold the cheese is like it just came out the fridge no cheesy meltyness just overall a blah I only ate a few bites then threw it out. Hope they get back to where they should be soon.
