- EBElizabeth BennettJan 5, 20262.0The only reason why I gave it 2 stars is because of the only worker that actually cares about his job and makes its right and his name is mason!! Whoever made my large mocha frappés there was ice chunks in it. And went we brought it to the managers attention she basically brushed us to the side just to talk to one of her associates!!! I didn’t know that talking to an associate was more important than a customer complaint , and I’m a manager myself in the retail world. To be honest I believe Mason needs to switch positions with the manager that worked tonight. Idk her name but she doesn’t need to be a manager if the customer is not her first priority. Even 16 year old Mason knows that the customer comes first. We had a little conversation and I believe he would be a great fit for her position. He knows a lot of things he just needs the opportunity. If he was old enough at my company I would train him and turn him into a manager right away. But Mason was the only one who makes sure things are correct. He remade our frappes and they were delicious and perfect

Do Better!!!!
