  Get there at 10:15 wait in line 15 mins by 10:30 make it to menu to order and get told it's lunch only.. I heard the car in front of me order breakfast. It's sad went to Jack in the box right next door

  Ordered online ahead 30+ minutes and still had to wait over ten minutes in drive thru. Then they didn’t even get the order food.

  I honestly have been having the worst experience at this location lately. I ordered the arch meal in the drive thru and got my food. It didn’t take too long and my food was hot so I proceeded home. When I got home I took two bites from my burger and it was pink(not cooked all the way). I proceeded to report the issue with the app and all I get is a “oh I’m sorry about your experience we hope you’ll try this meal out again”. I paid for a meal I didn’t even get to eat because it was raw!! And all you can say is sorry. This is t my first time having an issue with the food being undercooked. Looks like I won’t be eating at this location anymore.

  Every time I got to try to order ice cream they tell me the machine isn’t working! There isn’t no way the machine is down that much, cause if it is you need a new one!
