Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

The employees are short with customers including me, it takes them more than 30 min to prepare the food, and they just blame eachother when customers complain. I suggest they straighten this store out. WORST SERVICE EVER IN HISTORY.

Ordered our food to go, brought it to us as dine in, told him for the second time it was to go, he scoffs at us. Other family in the lobby asked for an extra packet of ketchup he scoffed again. Will not be returning, will rather go to town centers location if that is how you treat your customers.

I am not a frequent fast food visitor but I have been to another franchise location but this one and to go thru the drive thru to get a burger and onion rings from this location it was absolutely disgusting & to be charged 7.12 for a small onion ring and regular cheese burger & no drink to have it looking flat and presented to a patron in this condition is not how a food establishment is supposed to let food go out. Management for this location needs to be aware and your employee running the window needs to be trained better. Not visiting this establishment location or franchise anymore!! They're will be much better choices taking front place ahead of you so your junk fast food will be left in the dust!
