  I asked for a beef & bean burrito with cheese and sour cream. I was the only vehicle in the drive thru. The person taking the order had a little trouble understanding me & the manager got on the intercom. I repeated what I wanted which I thought was a very simple order. The manager put together an order #276 that said 1 bean burrito, no beans, no red sauce, add seasoned beef, no onions, add sour cream. I didn't ask for a bean burrito nor half the other additions & subtractions listed. I love onions! I went inside and asked for what I wanted, not the mystery burrito I was given. The manager said he would make another if I paid for it. He refused to give me his name so I could escalate the issue. I've never had any problem in a Taco Bell before. I used to go there all the time. I don't think I will be back!

  Very unhelpful staff. Had a full staff and refused to take our verbal order. Even after struggling to find certain things.

  What an atrocious dining experience. Everything would have been good if it weren't for the kid cleaning that slamming and sliding every chair and sliding tables across the floor and slamming them into the wall. I finally snapped and asked him to stop. He takes his ear buds out, shakes his head at me, completely ignored my request and continued to slam chairs around right next to us as me and the family tried to eat and have a conversation. What the hell is wrong with this new generation? Never again. I wish I could upload the video.
