After calling, it took less than a minute for them to bring it out - meaning our food had been sitting there for however long. Upon bringing our food out, the male employee said that “next time, if it’s taking awhile to get our food out, we need to wave down a carhop so they can check on it for us.” This, to us, seemed like he was avoiding responsibility for forgetting our order, and making it on us. A simple apology for the delay would have been just fine. If you really want to go to Sonic - make the drive to Texoma Parkway. I will not be returning.

After about five minutes we nabbed a poor car hop who got our order for us. It was not warm. She was kind but certainly not "fast food"! We were there 25 minutes total.
