    Somehow everyday on my lunch break. I come to sonic because it's close. Ans every single day. I can't either get an order at all. Or they just skip over to a new person who came later. I've given too many chances

    Horrible experience. We waited over 30 minutes in a stall for 2 food items and one drink to come out. Had to call the store to get them to bring it out. After calling, it took less than a minute for them to bring it out - meaning our food had been sitting there for however long. Upon bringing our food out, the male employee said that “next time, if it’s taking awhile to get our food out, we need to wave down a carhop so they can check on it for us.” This, to us, seemed like he was avoiding responsibility for forgetting our order, and making it on us. A simple apology for the delay would have been just fine. If you really want to go to Sonic - make the drive to Texoma Parkway. I will not be returning.

    No one answered the drive through, after about five minutes we went to a spot. No one answered there, either. After about five minutes we placed a mobile order. After about five minutes we nabbed a poor car hop who got our order for us. It was not warm. She was kind but certainly not "fast food"! We were there 25 minutes total.

    I ALWAYS USE THE APP TO PUT IN ORDERS AHEAD OF TIME. THE SHERMAN, TX LOCATION NEVER HAS IT READY. I ALWAYS HAVE TO WAIT. HIRE ENOUGH STAFF, OR KEEP ON TOP OF ORDERS.
