Unfortunately, my most recent visit was the worst so far and will be my last. I ordered a large Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese meal with an iced tea, but instead I received a Double Quarter Pounder with everything on it, a medium meal, and a Hi-C. To make matters worse, the burger was undercooked and had to be thrown away. My fries also tasted old, and the customer service was not good. This has been a repeated issue at this location, and it’s disappointing that even simple orders continue to be wrong. I hope the store can address these problems for future customers.
