- MTMark T5 days ago5.0HTeaO is the go-to sanctuary for tea lovers and connoisseurs! This particular location in Sherman, Texas (right off of Hwy 75) is my personal favorite within Texas. It's extremely clean, always stocked, and the staff is always pleasant and helpful. Moreover, I've personally had a long-standing problem with the HTeaO App, being unable to log in to use (or cash in) any of my accumulated reward points. I can always provide my phone number to bank additional points upon any purchase; I'm just unable to use my accumulated reward points. Numerous other locations have tried to assist me to no avail, leaving me in the same situation. However, the manager/location owner was extremely sympathetic and helpful, offering to contact the appropriate individual/department to get my account reviewed, diagnosed, and fixed, rather than just telling me, "Sorry, there's nothing we can do here," which is exactly what other locations have told me. I really appreciated the owner, Kate's, willingness to assist me over and above the norm. I highly recommend this location!
