- AMAnna MartinezOct 12, 20251.0Last time I was at HteaO a girl named Tatyanna called 2 customer broke because she said if they could do push ups they’d get free tea she was also recording the whole interaction on her own personal device. This felt very racially motivated and disrespectful to witness as a customer. haven’t been backs ever since. an establishment that allows their workers to treat their customers so poorly is so sad to witness. I’ve read other reviews and she seems to be a big problem constantly on her phone and not paying attention when others ask for help. I would walk in and I wouldn’t be greater or anything just ignored and glared at as she’s on her phone. I liked the tea so I would just hurry up and get my drink due to felling rushed and unwelcome.
