  Ry is the sweetest broista EVER!! My girlfriend Jett and I drive from Durant Oklahoma just to come see her, she’s always bright, smiley, and friendly. Give that girl a raise!!

  Every time I come to this Dutch Bros it is a problem. The drinks are never great and the people are very disrespectful. I went last night at 10:50 and the girls who were working were beyond rude, so disrespectful, made the drinks that were straight milk, and literally slammed it into my hands. I will not be coming back to this place ever again. If you want something that’s not complete trash and to be treated with respect, I would suggest going anywhere else but here.

  Drive Through way too slow. Can’t do it any more. Have to go somewhere else.

  My wife enjoys the place let me start with saying that. So I decided to give it a try. We'll, it was very lackluster to say the least. I dont really drink coffee but get a wild hair every once in a while. I got the the drive-through and not only did it take 45 min just to get to being able to order what I wanted which was very simple a bacon,egg,sausage,cheese slider. All in on. Not 2, not 1 of each. All in one, which I made very clear. The little girl that took my order seemed to understand that I wanted that all on 1 slider. I get to the window and the lady hands me 2 bags and says is one of each. Thats not what I ordered. Now im sick so I understand my patience is thin however, it indeed is not hard to understand what I wanted as I stated very clearly what it was I wanted and thats a sausage, bacon, egg, cheese slider all in one. I was highly pissed. Should I have been maybe. Maybe not. I was though because the listening skills or the lack there of was crazy. It was the only thing aside from a coffee I ordered and some how they get it wrong. All in all I was just extreme disappointed and didnt even end up eattin either one of them and went to cracker barrel which was WAY more packed and within 10 min had the right order and was out with my food. I'll continue to take my wife because she likes the 911 freeze but ill be avoiding ordering anything at all from this establishment and won't even bother to recommend it to anyone.

  I placed an online order at 7:30 and it told me to pick it up at 7:48 i waited then when i got up there they hadn’t even started. A worker named alvaughn (i don’t know how it’s spelt) told me it wasn’t ready and he’d get started on it. He then proceeded to go do 3 other orders after us then took 4 more orders. I kept standing there waiting because he told me soon then he walked to the back to do other orders. One other worker came and did our order as soon as he got there i didn’t get his name but thank him! and not alvaughn, by the time i left it was 20 minutes after ive shouldve been picking up my order so really no hate to dutch bros just that one worker in particular. Also it was 30 degrees outside.
