  Went to this location with my Mimi today. It was her first time to Chipotle and she said it was very tasty. She especially liked the guacamole, the specialty beverages, and the value for the price. Blaine was very polite and got her salsa and our to go containers for us. The only negative would be that the music was a bit loud. We will be back.

  Normally, I'm pretty understanding of places and their situations, but don't advertise that you have something when you don't. Went in for a bowl to find that they only have chicken and barbacoa, then also proceeded to tell me they were out of most specialty ingredients. The staff up to the cashier had terrible attitudes and seemed like they really hated to be there and gave you half effort in getting peoe situated in the line. Definitely lost my regular weekly business. *Addition* I just tried the bowl with chicken I decided to grab while there...if your staff was going for charcoal that tastes like you overcooked the bird and forgot it was on the grill...you succeeded. This food is completely inedible and expect a call tomorrow during the day to discuss how this can be made right. I don't waste money on garbage food and service.

  Ordering online is essentially giving a suggestion, because they’re just going to give you what they want to anyway. I live 7 miles away from this location and have started to order at the Chipotle 12 miles away, because this one never gets it right and gives attitude if you go back to get your order corrected. God forbid you want what you actually paid for. Nothing more. Nothing less. Today I made the mistake of thinking I could simply place an order and have it be correct. $76 later, final lesson learned. Oh but the app offered a free entree 🙄😑

  I go there almost every week day. Today they gave me a half sized portion of meet. When I asked her about it she said that her manager told them to start making the portions smaller and refused to make it right. I told her that I didn’t get any beens or rice. All I had was a tiny bit of chicken that was spread out and didn’t even cover but half of the bottom of the bowl. They were also out of veggies. I told them I didn’t want it and walked out.

  I went in to order a Steak Bowl with Chicken. I noticed the cook pouring fresh beans into a insert with held beans (cross-contamination, against ServSafe guidelines), this happened again with the rice and then with the pan in the back being placed on the handwashing sink and then used to mix another batch of cilantro rice. I confronted the employee who served me and she said "oops, sorry, this is what I have to do" and looked at me as if I was crazy for even mentioning cross-contamination. Got to the register and the cashier, Blaine, over charged me. Tried to call the restaurant so that it would not be a confrontation in the store and nobody picks up the phone. DO NOT EAT HERE IT IS VERY UNSAFE, STAFF NOT TRAINED PROPERLY, AND ATTITUDES ARE HORRIBLE.
