  We've picked up food at this location twice in the last several weeks and both times our orders have been incorrect. First time the host didn't put the order in correctly into the system and it came back wrong (missing fries, one of the entres was wrong, and a wrong drink, all listed on the receipt incorrectly from what we ordered), the second time the host (different) was great but whoever severed the drinks couldn't read apparently. Ordered 3 identical drinks and all 3 were different. Very disappointed to find this out only after arriving home to eat. Verify your order before you leave the restaurant!

  The food alwaya hits! They have great quality control for sure. The only downer is the new change of system they keep me mentioning. They've lost my order twice now, and my card was charged duplicate on those occasions (which is frustrating). I made sure to order online for pickup, but upon arrival, they didn't have anything ready because the didn't receive the order (yes, I was at the correct location!!). They eventually rung me up again and I had to pay. When I checked my bank account, I had two transactions pending. This has happened twice.

  Omgoodness we got the best chicken sandwiches at this one. Fries were fresh and everyone was super friendly. If we hadn't been traveling we would definitely come back.

  Terrible location, I understand the line was long but that is not my issue. I placed a mobile order checked in through the drive thru. The car in front of me had order a huge load of food which everyone behind him including me had to wait for them to get their fresh hot food. Meanwhile I watched my bag sit on the counter for over ten minutes while I waited for the car in front log me to get his food fresh. The management refused to park them when I originally asked about what’s taking so long. Additionally I told her that I can see my food sitting on the counter which she still didnt give me. And I told her I want my food fresh like the car in front me got that I waited forever for. She promised that it wasn’t my food on the counter but sure enough when I pulled up for my turn that’s the bag they grabbed and I told them I wanted my food fresh like what everyone else got. She refused to make that happen and said I can take the food or she can give me refund. I went back and forth saying I don’t want a refund I want my food fresh but she refused. Absolutely ridiculous treatment and on top of that one of my biscuits was missing the cheese and bacon I pad extra for and they forgot my sauce. Terrible location
