ORIGINAL REVIEW: Store Manager is UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE. I went to pick up my fresh pass app order on Friday and was unable to check in so I went to the customer service counter to get help. Once someone finally came to the counter, The lady acted like I was inconveniencing her by asking for help with my order. After demanding assistance without an attitude she walks away and I have to ask another employee for the manager who showed me exactly where the attitude came from. He proceeded to force me to a room off the kitchen that looked like it was for baking just so I could check in for my order. If esclalting a customer was sport this guy was Micheal Jordan. After years of being a fresh pass member I’ll never spend another dime at this location. It’s pathetic this man even has a job here. His employees even commented to me how he’s a jerk to them as well.
