    Service should be minus stars. Activated button. They never came on to take order, yet FOUR cars went through the drive through!! Oh and we waited so long the button reset! I know most Sonic’s are on the slower side but the cars in the drive thru were clearly getting their orders taken. We left with out ordering.

    We waited 20 minutes just to have our order taken. Then we waited almost another 30 minutes to get our food when there are people behind us in drive-through getting their foods before us and then on top of that we had to push the button again then they brought up they brought off the food and then tried to charge it again, even though we stated clearly and tried to show them that we were already charged for the food, I work in the food business. I understand that it gets busy things happen… it’s ridiculous that they literally forgot that we were there. Definitely poorly managed this evening

    My boyfriend and I ordered ahead on the app, drove up, checked in, and proceeded to wait 25 min. We then push the button (because we are the only people here at this point) and ask where our food is and had the most rude worker. 10 minutes later she brings out our food with an incredible attitude and our drinks filled to the top with ice as if it was our fault they forget our order.
