  I visit this Pappasito's restaurant and other locations every 2 months or so... Great drinks, service and the beef fajitas always, had beef and chicken this time. Chicken was of no flavor just bland.... Will be back for all the other flavors of food they have...

  We know Pappasitos....we are Houston natives and it is hard to grow up here and not know this family's group of restaurants. Considering Texmex, it is fantastic, BUT you have to get it right and stay getting it right. This particular location is what I have always experienced with Pappasitos Texmex, great food, great drinks, great waitstaff, etc.... This is 180 degrees from the Willowbrook location. I even talked to someone on staff here at the Shenendoah location and they agreed that Willowbrook suffers due to the down trend of socio-economics of the area. Anyways, this location is fantastic and though it is 3 times further from our house than the Willowbrook location, you get what you pay for here and we are spreading the word.

  If you go to **Pappasito’s Cantina in The Woodlands**, do yourself a favor and hope Gianna (with two n’s) is working the host stand. We walked in last Monday expecting great Tex-Mex. What we did **not** expect was to be greeted by a hostess with more personality and energy than 97% of the service industry combined. From the moment we arrived, Gianna set the tone — welcoming us like we were regulars she hadn’t seen in years. And when she "found out" it was my **67th birthday**, she didn’t just say “happy birthday.” Nope. Gianna went full Broadway. Singing, dancing, using trays and utensils as instruments - the whole production. I’m fairly certain the table next to us thought they accidentally bought tickets to dinner theater. Our server, **Dre**, matched that energy perfectly. Exceptionally personable, well-spoken, attentive without hovering, and clearly someone who knows how to take care of a table. If restaurant managers tracked hospitality like professional sports stats, Dre would be leading the league in **sales** and guest satisfaction. Between Gianna’s personality, Dre’s top-notch service, and the usual Pappasito’s culinary magic coming out of the kitchen, it was one of those nights that reminds you why going out to eat should actually be fun. Gianna even sent us off with a reminder to come back — which we absolutely will. **10/10 experience. If every restaurant had a Gianna and a Dre, that restauramt would be unstoppable.**

  Absolutely delicious food cooked to perfection! The quail is the best I’ve ever had. The steak was tender. Everything from the chips, to the guacamole was fresh and so good. The sopapillas (sp?) were warm and so fun and yummy. Great, clean, and fun environment overall with lots of parking and plenty of seating even on a busy Sunday afternoon church. The music was a little loud though and made conversation kinda difficult.
