  I stopped by for a margarita, and while the flavor was actually quite good, I’m pretty sure I paid for a glass of decorative frozen water with a splash of tequila on top. As you can see from the photo of my finished drink, the glass is still 75% full—of solid ice. I’m all for keeping a cocktail cold, but when you have to play a game of Tetris with your straw just to find a liquid pocket, it’s a bit much. It felt like I got about four solid sips before I was down to just crunching on cubes.

  I am completely blown away! I came here for my birthday dinner and this entire experience was way more than I expected, and I could not be more happier everything from the food the customer service the atmosphere the aesthetic. Everything is phenomenal. I highly recommend this place to anyone in the area or if you’re far away, this is definitely worth the drive.

  Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente, se supone que dentro de sus servicios está en atender al cliente y tratar de ayudarles, siempre que esté dentro de lo posible, podría entender sus políticas y respetarlas, pero como gerente de un establecimiento, pensar en dejar de vender y obtener ganancias para tu negocio, me parece algo ilógico. Solo por información, no se puede introducir ningún tipo de alimento, para niños, que no sea el que se va a consumir ahí, espero esto no incluya los biberones de los bebés también y también espero que sus políticas, no les permita dejar de sumar a sus finanzas.   I loved my spontaneous and unplanned visit to Gloria's after a doctor's appointment. There are a plethora of menu items to choose from--with a El Salvador/Mexican fusion cuisine origin. The black bean dish was amazing as was the refreshing cucumber water mocktail made without alcohol. Happy Hour is Mondays thru Thursdays and great prices. The Shenandoah location doesn't have a dance floor, however both Houston and the Austin Gloria's do.

  The environment is absolutely lovely! Clean with beautiful plants growing. The staff are the sweetest! The food is divine! The chips and black beans are calling my name! I ordered the Pollo con Chanpinones and I could NOT stop eating it. The mushroom sauce and rice and black beans and the chicken - delicious!. Ask to be seated in Carlos’ serving area - he was attentive and kind with the best food recommendations!
