    Customer service is terrible. Was refused extra black olives even when I offered to pay extra??? I’m confused as to how you can just flat out tell a customer no? Will no longer be giving this location my business. Boo. Only wish I had gotten the name of the employee so I could include that in my bad review.

    The fact that I place an order online ahead of time and arrive to find out they don’t have it because it never processed even though the money has been charged on my card is annoying. The fact that there’s another customer in there whose had the same issue and is on the phone with customer service because her card was charged three times but no order went through and she’s mad is crazy. And the fact the employee told me that this issue has been happening repeatedly when I tried in vain to place my order again even though the money has yet to be returned to my account is frustrating and honestly stupid. Jimmy John’s would never do this to their customers, I’ll be going to them next time I want a sandwich-I should’ve never strayed from them in the first place. Do better subway, also I’ll be disputing that charge if I don’t get the money back. Thanks.
