Every question I had was answered quickly and thoroughly. I even needed to change our event date and extend our bowling time, and he took care of it right away without any hassle. Truly amazing customer service! Now, let’s talk about our host, Chris — he was PHENOMENAL. I usually keep my expectations low for birthday parties because there’s always something that doesn’t go as planned, but not this time. Chris made our family feel like absolute VIPs! He went above and beyond in every possible way — making sure food was served hot and on time, helping with all the bowling shoes, and just making sure everyone was having fun. The birthday package itself was such a great value — we got delicious food (sliders, chicken nuggets, churros, French fries, and unlimited fountain drinks!), 1 hour of bowling across 2 lanes, 2 hours of arcade play, laser tag, and billiards. It honestly felt like a premium experience for such a reasonable price. The highlight was when Chris offered to let my daughter try the human crane, even though it wasn’t part of the package — she was absolutely thrilled! That small gesture made her day even more special, and it meant so much to us. This was our very first time celebrating at Main Event Shenandoah, and it will definitely not be the last. The service, the kindness, and the attention to detail were simply outstanding.
