- BRBharath RajanJan 4, 20261.0I am writing to express my strong disappointment regarding an issue my colleagues and I experienced during a holiday party visit on 1/4/26 around 8p, specifically regarding Lane 5. We were enjoying our group bowling session when our lane started experiencing random foul call from a recurring sensor malfunction, resulting in over ten "foul errors" across all six players. We repeatedly called the management team for assistance (over three times). Despite our repeated attempts to explain that the issue was a technical malfunction causing false foul calls, the initial response was to simply instruct us to be more careful. Even after an employee physically inspected the sensor, the problem persisted. When I finally escalated the issue to a manager, she did not resolve it either, offering only an additional 15 minutes of bowling time after consulting an assistant. When I requested either a lane switch or compensation for an extra game due to the faulty equipment, I was told all lanes were booked and the 15 minutes was the best that could be offered. Given the premium prices charged, I was extremely disappointed by the poor customer service and the failure to take accountability for your equipment issues. We lost significant time and enjoyment due to the faulty sensor and the inadequate response from the management team.
- KEKendra EsseryJan 2, 20261.0Let me tell you this was my first and last time at this place.....I came with a large group today and while the group was doing thier team building and the parents were waiting around I ordered a small frozen drink. I then after almost finishing it was going to move back to the party room to eat the food we ordered with the rest of our party. I asked for a cup to pour the literal 2 sips left and she did give me one. I left went to the room with our group for the meal and was half through my meal and here comes "im in charge!" Yall with the cup I had poured the 2 sips of frozen drink out of. She then tells me to pour it back into the small glass now that her hands have been all over🤦🏽♀️yall that cup has been out of my sight.....I looked at her and said well throw it away then if this little drop is a issue. She rolls her eyes and walks out. Listen if I can get a beer in a cup why not a frozen drink weird right. The fact you went out your way to do that seemed unnecessary due to the fact we had a 4 hour block and it was practically empty and I was eating and drinking not leaving the building. Kids had fun but I definitely won't be back...you did NOT have to try and make a scene girl.

The lady at the front desk went above and beyond—she noticed what we were planning to do and suggested getting the all-day pass instead of paying for each activity separately. That saved us a good bit of money and let us enjoy everything without worrying about costs adding up. The place was clean, organized, and perfect for both kids and adults. We’ll definitely be coming back!
