    Dave & Buster’s was really fun overall. Today was my son’s birthday, so I invited my sisters, nieces, nephews, and my parents to celebrate with us. We had a great time playing the games and enjoying the atmosphere. However, when my sisters and I went to the bar, the experience completely changed. We are all adults and had our government IDs and driver’s licenses with us, except for my 24-year-old sister. Despite that, the bar attendant treated us very poorly. She was rude not only to us but also to my parents. We were made to feel like we were doing something wrong just by sitting at the bar, even though we’re all grown adults. She kept telling us to go get a table and to move away from the bar, and her attitude was very nasty the entire time. It honestly felt like she hated her job, and it made the experience uncomfortable for our whole family. The games and birthday celebration were great, but the way we were treated by that staff member at the bar really left a bad impression.

    Man what a disappointing experience at this D&B location last night 🤦🏾‍♂️🤦🏾‍♂️ Myself & my girlfriend decided to do a date night last night here & she had been there before but it had been a long time ago & this was actually my first time so I was excited to play some games, have some good food & drinks and just have a great Saturday evening. Upon entering it looked awesome and the vibe & energy was there even with all the kiddos running around everywhere it seemed like it was going to be a good time. My girlfriend loaded her card with $80 to start and we went into the arcade area to start playing some games, well we played literally "3" games before the damn power went out and then it stayed out for awhile so we didn't know what was going on as there was no communication or announcements over the speakers etc.. So we decided to walk up front & see what was going on which nobody seemed to know what was going on, so we decided to sit and order some food & drinks in the meantime while waiting to get more info on the outage, well then after being seated with menus etc the server comes over & tells us oh actually we aren't going to take anymore tables or orders due to the outage which should have been brought to our attention before even sitting down then we ask well how long will it be she's like I'm not sure so at this point we're now annoyed of the overall poor communication & asked to speak to a manager. Finally the 1st manager comes over which I didn't get her name but she informed us of a transformer issues within the vicinity of the location and had no idea of a timeline of when power would be restored, we understood it was not her fault and my girlfriend kindly asked ok well what is being done for customers for the inconvenience because I just loaded our card with $80 and we just got here 10mins ago & mind you we drove over 30mins from Humble to come to this location and from their the conversation took a turn for the worst as the manger was not very helpful nor kind about the situation she was like ok well what do you want me to do about it 😯at that point it definitely upset us & more so my girlfriend as it was very rude especially from a manager and then she goes let me get my other manager and stormed off..So then the 2nd manager comes over and we explain the same thing over again and she also was not much help and was basically like yeah we don't know much and probably going to make an announcement for people to start clearing out and then basically walked off mid conversation and never came back to assist 😮 it was just like a wow experience and at that point we just were both pissed off & walked out.. We both work in customer service & this was shitty customer service all around, poor communication etc and although the issue wasn't their fault specifically they could have done more such as got our contact info etc yet it's like they could care less.. Definitely a huge inconvenience & disappointing experience overall for sure and look forward to speaking to someone from corporate regarding this occurrence.

    We had a horrible experience at this location. We invited friends to Dave & Buster’s expecting a fun night but it was extremely disappointing from start to finish. First most of the machines weren’t working. The Hot Wheels cars game only one was working. The motorcycle games only two were working. For a place that’s supposed to be about games and entertainment, this was frustrating right away. We also reserved a group game in the glass box area but there was no door and kids kept coming in and interrupting our game. We had to repeatedly tell parents that we paid for the space and were playing as a group. That shouldn’t have been our responsibility. The worst part was the food and drinks. It was Saturday night, but still one margarita took almost 40 minutes. Appetizers took about an hour. Meanwhile, the waitstaff kept seating new tables without informing guests that the kitchen was severely backed up and that drinks and food could take up to an hour or more. Our waitress kept apologizing and telling us the kitchen was behind yet continued welcoming new tables without warning them about the delays. We didn’t see a single manager on the floor checking on guests or addressing the situation. After waiting nearly two hours and still not receiving our entrées we decided to leave. To make matters worse, we weren’t offered any discount or accommodation for the excessive wait time even for something as simple as drinks or appetizers. Overall it was a very disappointing experience and unfortunately not one we plan to repeat.

    Rude ! Kept asking me was I ordering a drink for myself or friend w no i.d I said myself & they decided not to bring the drink .. I then had to go & request it from management after finally receiving it the manager decided to sit right across from me & watch me until I was extremely uncomfortable They also came and asked my table if we purchased Jell-O shots or not & asked if we got them from someone else The place is pretty huge so the fact that they were kind of focused on MY TABLE was kind of crazy Overall it was a bad experience and I will never go back

    Everything was great until the end the girl who’s attending the prize store had a horrible attitude. It was our first time and my kids didn’t know how to redeem their points they asked the associate in charge of that and she completely ignored them as if they didn’t exist. Until I jumped in and asked her the same question and until then she proceeded to answer with an attitude as well I did notified her it was our first time and we didn’t know what to do. I believe that if you don’t like what you do for a living and hate customers find another job. She crumpled my daughter’s receipt without asking her if she wanted. My daughter asked for it and she responded “ do you really needed it?” My daughter said yes because she had left over points on her card. I don’t understand how they have individuals with that kind of attitude thinking that they are better then everybody else working with the public.. Hopefully the management will address the situation and train their associates better
