  Came here with a friend and after leaving I realized that I was missing my wallet! My friend asked me to call as we sped from Willowbrook back to the Woodlands area, needless to say upon my arrival one of the bartenders had informed that my wallet had been found and turned in to the lost and found. Casey an employee there had informed me that he had found it while cleaning up around the arcade and asking guests for an hour straight . I was sooo happy to know that the staff here was patient and persistent to find the owner! This all happened about two weeks ago and I’m still very grateful I don’t have the best of luck and am CONSTANTLY losing my belonging so again big shout out to CASEY

  Food is good, gives you a finer dining experience without feeling like you are emptying your wallet. Staff was stellar, friendly, and helpful. We took out youngest there at his request for his birthday tonight. There was an issue at one point with young teens who were randomly screeching / screaming veerrrrry loudly, likely to get reactions, which they definitely got! Once I found staff and informed them, management handled it directly and promptly. "Chris" was the main manager we interacted with and he was very kind afterward andade sure to check on our little dude and make sure he was good. We don't go very often, usually just for special occasions. It was validating to know that even if something comes up, the staff was ready and prompt to handle it with poise and also grace for everyone involved. They have a thing now, maybe they always had it? But basically instead of a certain number of "points" to play the games with for XYZ$, you pay ~$50 for 90min of "play as much as you want." If you can budget it, I highly recommend this for the younger kids. Gives them the freedom to run around and swipe their cards for an hour and a half instead of the traditional "bugging you after ten minutes for more quarters" scenario (older folks will get that reference hopefully! It can be very loud atmosphere, so for those with sensory sensitivity, I would recommend noise canceling headwear and/or tinted eyewear. Otherwise a lot of fun and good fun for all.

  Been here 3 times. Mostly were good. Food was great. Wait service phenomenal, atmosphere was fun, drinks added to the enjoyment. However there is a lady that you unfortunately meet to turn in your tickets. Had the unfortunate experience of meeting her our first and third time visiting. It is sad when the last person you see is so rude. No smile, horrible additutde and God forbid you ask her to do something that she gets paid to do. She even threw the cane to get a stuffed animal on the counter when we got out stuffed animal. She either needs to shape up or manager needs to move her either to a different behind doors position or out the door. No need to be that rude especially when nothing was done to you.

  A great place for families with elementary age children and up. The food and service was great and a lot of interactive games. Not too suitable for toddlers or babies. Would recommend if you bring a toddler to eat at a regular table as the high chairs are too low for the higher tables. Also the volume in the eating area is loud; it’d be great if it was lowered a bit especially because the volume in the game area is really loud. For parents with small children the game area can be a bit overwhelming.

  I've been to the Dave & Buster's in Shenandoah many times. There are just not many places that combine all the entertainment options that D&B can offer... awesome, up-to-date and state of the art video games, a restaurant with an amazing array of food available, a full bar with any drink you can imagine (within reason), and a staff of wonderful people that bring the whole experience together that other places just can't compare to. There is this most awesome and righteous game tech dude named Hanky that went above and beyond in making our outing to Dave and Buster's a most memorable occasion, and I would love to single him out for special attention from his equally awesome co-workers! I hope they give Hanky all the attention he deserves for being so spectacular! I DO truly have always loved going to D&B, going as far back as the first store that opened in Houston off Richmond all those years ago. Great business and great fun. Keep it up, guys and gals. Good work!
