  The atmosphere is amazing! The staff was so nice and helped us every step of the way. We had Alicia as our server and she was so sweet and helped us understand the eat and play combo and made sure we were taken care the whole time we were in dining. The food was okay, but the family fun is what we’re here for.

  Wir waren jetzt zum 2. Mal hier. Essen ist Top. Es läuft immer die richtige angenehme Musik zum mitgrooven. Und die Kinder können sich nebenbei an den vielen Spielen vergnügen. Unsere Bedienung Tylar war super lieb. Hat uns bei den Getränken top beraten, nie aufdringlich, aber immer zur Stelle!

  Stayed at the hotel down the street for a few weeks…..that blue and orange glow called to me every single night like a homing beacon. The beers are cold and the staff is fantastic (I’ve never seen a faster keg change in my life). 10/10 will be returning to Buster and Dave’s safe haven for the lost and weary in Shenandoah.

  Went for my daughter's birthday today. The waitress kept calling us babies. Unbelievably annoying. Please someone tell her to stop saying that. It is not cute at all. We barely open the menu and she is already trying to up sale us on drinks and apps. Can I look first for half a second??? We ask for waters while we look and she leaves to go get them. I am not exaggerating when I say she took 15 minutes to walk by and say "couple seconds babies and I'll be right back". Low and behold... She does not come back in two seconds. Another 5 minutes goes by and she finally comes back with 15-20 drinks in a tray. Hands us waters and leaves to go hand out other drinks across the restaurant (why are her tables so freaking spread apart??) She finally comes back.. we order calamari... She hard sells a sad face that they removed the calamari.. we just got up and went home. Saved at least $100 and really happy I didn't have to tip. To the guy she was training -DO NOT CALL PEOPLE BABIES AND DO NOT TAKE 20 MINUTES TO TAKE A TABLE'S ORDER. this is based of my experience tonight. We have been a few times and had a good time. I just really could not stand this lady and forgetting about us didn't help. Welcome to my Ted talk

  This Dave & Buster's was nothing spectacular. Waitress brought me my steak and no utensils. The knife that came on the plate barley cut. So, here I am wrestling with my meat. When I finally got to taste it, the steak was not seasoned well enough and it was warm not hot. I didn't want to tussle with this dead cold beast anymore so I sent it back. After sending it back the lady shows up with silverware. 🤦🏻‍♀️ I tried the salad instead and the flavor was amazing. 10/10. The problem with my salad was some of the lettuce was wilted and slimy. My son ordered the burger. He said it was delightful. My expectations were pretty low and I was still disappointed. Also nobody smiles here. I felt like I worked there. I was the only one greeting people and smiling. I'd rather travel a lot further down the road and go to Main Event than come here again. Also my son found a toy and wanted to trade it in for equal or less value and the lady threatened to take his toy away because he found it and didn't earn it. 😱🤦🏻‍♀️Never coming back. Ever!
