  Driving cross country and stopped to get some food on our long trip. There was a car stopped at the drive through order screen with men standing around the car and in front of the car in the drive through just talking. We arrived about 10:40pm and they closed at 11pm. These men held the line up until 10:55pm and then they walked into the back door of the building where the employees go and that car finally pulled forward. No one took our order at the screen and then the time hit 11pm so we pulled forward, as soon as we did the screen went black and the car behind us never got to order either. We were blocked in since the cars in front of us had still not moved. We ended up having to ask the car behind us to reverse so we could leave. Tried going to the McDonald's down the street but that car with the men in it from the drive-thru started following us. We ended up leaving the area without any food.

  Blue & blonde haired shift lead yelling at her employee for at least 10 minutes on and off @ 1230 3/15. The manager should talk to her about keeping a cool head with the people under her, and if she is the manager...you need to take a breath and realize a kid leaving his station for 10 seconds was infinitely less detrimental to your business than every customer in lobby hearing you yell at him and everyone talking about it.
