I knew I should of turned around when I opened the door and the Customers seating and eating looked like they weren't satisfied and the employees looked like they were just hanging out chatting more then running a restaurant. Usually I try to say what I did see or liked about a place but from the moment I got there until I left was just not pleasant.

Spent well over 50$ for our family of 7 adults and 1 child. I went back into the Taco Bell thinking that they know how to treat a customer since any other time I go to Taco Bell and have an issue they are usually friendly and remake it with no issues. I don't do this very often so I wasnt even worried about it. That was not my experience at all here. I give this place a -5 star due to manager shanda or shonda was the rudest person in customer service I have ever seen. She was yelling at me trying to argue the fact that the burritos were hard on the end of the tortillas. She refuses to try it herself, but expected me and my family of 8. I even brought the food back and just asked them to remake it, she refused to make the burritos but did remake the hard tacos which ended up being stale, but left the food on the counter top and was very displeased all the way around with this horrible place. NEVER EVER AGAIN!!
