Both did not show any effort to help resolve the problem so I explained in detail what had happened and if they would mind ringing me up on the regular register. One replied “I on no how do dat” I ain’t helpin you nun” The other said I can’t help you . So I waited at McDonalds for 15 minutes to find out my order had been cancelled for some technical glitch my rewards taken and the employees and manger on duty would not at all help me resolve the issue or ring me up . I’m a truck driver I stop at Many McDonald location never have I ever seen so much incompetence in one location. Do not eat at this location guys if this is how their customer service is I could only imagine the sanitation and food quality here
