  Completely disappointed! Sat here for over 10 minutes and nobody took our order. Even after the be right with you went off, we pushed it again and nothing! Watched several others come in and order after we was there!

  Pulled in pushed the red button, message said button activated or something like that and they would be with me shortly. A couple of minutes go by, a car pulls in the the "kiosk" next to me presses the button, their order was taken. (The is no drive thru.) Okay I press the button again, it still reads they will be with me shortly, another few minutes go by, another car pulled next to me on the opposite side, press the button, voila- they get their order taken. I back up go to another, push the button. Same no response. "Workers" in side walking around talking the the people who got their orders taken, "they knew each other". Well anyway I just said never this, I do not have time for slackers or people who are working as servers chatting it up with buds. I pulled out drove down the block toward my hotel, saw a McDonald's, went there ordered my meal, quick, fast hit, and correct. Very pleasant workers, who were polite and professional. Maybe it was just the crew they had at Sonic, usually they are good elsewhere just not this night at that Sonic. A big thanks to McDonald's for doing what needs to be done

  SLOW service, and when I asked for a drink carrier the server said nothing and walked away. Luckily, he came back with one, handed it to me and walked away again.

  We’ve been waiting almost an hour and seen multiple people get their food who ordered way after us the order wasn’t correct it’s like this every time we’ve lived here for 3 years and in the 3 years our orders have never been right please close this location managers cuss out customers along with the regular employees
