- CFCorny FriesenApr 1, 20261.0I waited 30 minutes for a single burger for curbside delivery. I got there when there was a bit of a line. Not only did I get to watch that line get cleared I also got to enjoy seeing a 2nd line get taken care of. I will say that the day crew does usually take care of business, but that night crew definitely left something to be desired. After my 30 minute wait I just gave up and left.
- SFSusie FehrMar 26, 20261.0I ordered a Mcchicken and when I received it, it wasn't fully cooked. My husband went to the front desk about it and nothing was done to accommodate this. I am sorely disappointed in the service here. I threw up not long after eating part of the Mcchicken.

- JPJeff PfeiferMar 22, 20262.0Unless Brownfield's staff has completely changed since their remodel, Seminole's McDonald's is easily the worst for service in the area. I've heard stuff about Andrews' McDonald's, but I've never been there. There have been times where my friends and I would drive the 40 minutes to Brownfield for McDonald's than get it here. Waiting 20 minutes or more for what is touted as a "fast food" place is ridiculous. Not to mention how many times they've messed up our orders. And yet, it's McDonald's, so we keep coming back.

I've come 3 times in the last two weeks all at different times and every time it's been a 20+ minute wait and I still have to go in and either get my whole order at the counter or have it corrected because they gave me the wrong food. And then when I go in, I'm greeted with attitude and eye rolls the whole time. I regret giving this place another chance after years of avoiding it. Won't be bringing myself or my family here ever again.
