On the tracker I could see the driver was in the NW part of town, I live in the NE part of town. I called to let them know, they hung up on me. I thought this was just an accident, I called back. They hung up on me again. Ok they are trying to transfer the call maybe , I called a 3rd time and they hung up on me. Needless to say I laid for an order that was never delivered. I have tried calling the store locally, asked for the manager, they've hung up on me each time (not sure how many calls). Sad part is I went to the corporate page, filed a complaint. Was told my money would be returned to my account within 5 days, they were going to send coupons as well for my trouble. It is March 20th, no money returned, nothing has been mailed from them to me. I called local store twice today. All is good with the call until I ask for the manager. Guess what, they hung up on me both times. I can't afford to just donate money to them. They don't deserve the money, no service, no food and a bad attitude. I come just short if calling them a thief. At this point I'm left with no other option than to go into their store to try again to get my money back. They can keep any and all coupons. Won't ever order from them again unless they flip the staff and owners to new competent people.
