  I placed a mobile order and arrived at 12:20. They are supposed to be open until 1:00. They were closed. Lights out doors locked.

  I have no idea what was going on with them but we went through the drive thru and the person I front of us sat there for at least like seven minutes and eventually pulled of because they were not getting service. After that happens I guess the finally decided to answer the drive thru line but we did have to honk our horn twice. When we pulled up to the window the lady at the window and I think she might’ve been a manger because she had on a blue button up shirt unlike everyone else but she kept complaining about being there talking about how much she wanted to leave and used excessive profanity all with the window door open. I’ve worked in the food industry before so I know for a fact that’s not how you’re supposed to talk in front of customers especially as a manger. Not only that but when we pulled up to the window the workers were all cussing and joking with each other and doing everything but helping customers who were waiting and I get having fun with your coworkers but at the end of the day this is a job not a hangout. There was one person in the drive thru pulled up in front of us who waited so long on their food they had to go inside to get it. We waited well over twenty minutes for our food and they kept asking us to pull up and we declined which is in our right and the manager had a visible attitude with us and slammed the window after our denial. For reference all we ordered was two chicken sandwiches that’s it. This location is clearly in need of more training, better management or both. I would like to further review that we ordered to classic chicken sandwiches with no lettuce or Tomato . They gave us one cheeseburger with pork which we were not able to eat because we don’t eat pork and the other chicken sandwich had lettuce on it. Yikes.

  So the store wasn't opened on time and we finally called from outside and was rudely told open at 10.30. I will never come back to this location!

  We have given this Wendy's a chance twice now in last 6 months and both times the food was cold, order was wrong and seems to just be stopped together the cheese on the burger not even melted a little bit. Never going back it's a waste of money and time.

  I have no idea how this location is not out of business yet it doesn’t matter what time of day it is they will still mess up your order or you will get something dry. They will even mess up a drink. If you’re struggling with people working there, I will apply since y’all don’t know how to do the job, every time I go there you somehow mess up the order each and every time. I shouldn’t have to spit up my food due to it being so dry. I shouldn’t have to dump out my drink because y’all don’t know how to get the right drink. I shouldn’t even be writing this review in the first place if y’all know how to do y’all‘s job night shift dayshift evening shift? None of y’all know what y’all are doing. I’ve Been living here for four years and I have never wrote a review on y’all even though I should have just please pay attention to what you’re doing actually read the screen instead of giving out what you feel like if you don’t have something communicate that to the person instead of giving them what you see fits
