Disappointed with the entire meal.
The fried mushrooms were giving a funny smell and got cold quickly.
The salad had wilted lettuce and the dressing tasted only like mayonnaise, not blue cheese at all.
The iced tea had a mineral taste.
I would have complained, but my appetite was ruined and I would still have to pay for the poor food.

We will never be back to outback an years of going. Took almost an hour in a half hour to get just a salad and then spoke ti manager. Very rude did not want to hear what we had to say. Then to top it off the waitress was picking up all our silverware an plates an we hadn't even received our dinner. Still almost 2 hours later no dinner so we decided to let them know we are leaving an never returning. Manager did not even care. The sad part was took my 84 year old father to dinner an this is what he had to get bad service. Waitress even said sorry but everyone came in at the same time so not true. Place was not even packed. So not sure what was going on but that rest seriously needs new managers and better customer service an waitresses and chefs. Glad we didn't wait another hour.or 30 min. that would of been 3 hours with no food.went to another rest called bubbas an got exceptional service an got food within 30 min. Just perfect. Outback yall really need help. Cause you just lost us an more guest as we were leaving. We weren't the only to complain. An at one point the waitress told another guest he couldn't talk to manager. Wow. So good luck

As a veteran, I went there on Veterans Day to enjoy the complimentary three course meal. The time was about 1:30 and the placed seemed only half full. I could see maybe a dozen people waiting to be seated so I asked the host, how long the wait would be for 2. He said 4 hours. Someone also asked and he said the same thing. We both walked out and I could the other gentleman tell his wife that they just didn't want to serve anyone anymore. I have never waited for 4 hours even at the busiest restaurant. There is no way it should take 4 hours, and if it's true, they need more help. Truly disappointed in this restaurant.

Best to go order I have picked up there. I had stop going to this location even though it is only 20 minutes from my house in this horrible construction TRAFFIC.
I was commuting all the way to San Marcos, a 40 minute drive but vey good food and service, excellent management that truly cares about your experience.
I ordered the Alice Spring Chicken with a Caesar salad and Carrot cake. I was to full to try my cake and if it is not good and fresh I will update this review. The service was fast, friendly and Excellent. The best I have had there in the past two years.

This is a chain and I don't expect much from them except high salt contents in a majority of the food items. Had the french onion soup, which was very good and the small sirloin with fries. It was cooked perfectly and went with a group from work. Our waitstaff was excellent and it wasn't very busy, but it is very noisy. Not bad, but much to be expected for a chain.
