Server attitude was good though some requested extra items, like additional bread and butter, never arrived. All the steaks and shrimp were slightly undercooked by the guidelines printed in their menu, my baked potato wasn't hot enough to melt the cheese, and the food was served on cold plates. In fact, the entire restaurant was freezing cold even though it was an unseasonable 80° F outside. The shrimp were the biggest disappointment. Medium sized, still translucent in the center, barely warm on the outside, and only four despite the hefty upcharge. And frankly, I am not fond of the fake Australian theme. Disappointing.

Had to leave... I show up mid day on a weekday and there were about 4 customers in the whole restaurant. I immediately notice a smell of sewage when I walk in. Its faint so I didn't think much of it. I opted to sit at the bar as it was empty. As I am walking to the bar, I notice the bartender showing the fruit fly trap that was at the drink prep area. The sticky paper was speckled with fruit flies. I did not judge because I had no idea how long it had been there but I did find it disgusting, especially since now that I am at the bar and can smell something rotten or moldy behind the bar similar to an old wet mop. The bartender was nice and took my order immediately. Once my drink came out, non alcoholic, I went to the restroom to wash my hands. Thats when I discovered the sewer smell. It was emanating from the restrooms. Hoping to god it was coming from the women's restroom, I soon discovered it was coming from the male restroom. I open the bathroom door and could immediately see a soiled toilet that was in dire need of cleaning. Had about as much poop specks on that bowl as the fruit fly trap. Typically I wouldn't complain about any of the one issues if it was the only issue but this was too much. I get back to the bar where my drink is and I am visibly uncomfortable and spent the next 10 seconds swatting the fruit flies away from my drink. I got up and spoke to the manager who seemed to know the condition of the restaurant as it didn't seem to surprise him and he just shook his head in agreement. I told the manager that I was quietly leaving as to not disturb the other few guests and he apologized.
